1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Khepera Creative Workshops, we strive to deliver high-quality art and travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking.
Workshops & Classes:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for missed sessions, but where possible, we may offer a chance to attend another session subject to availability.
Private & Corporate Bookings (including Sip & Paint and Team Workshops):
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Art & Travel Excursions:
- Deposits for art excursions are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Khepera Creative Workshops.
- Balance payments are due 60 days before departure and are non-refundable after this time.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Returns & Exchanges (For Physical Products, Art Materials, or Merchandise)
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Disclaimer
- Khepera Creative Workshops is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during workshops, events, or excursions. Participants engage at their own risk.
- Our workshops involve the use of paints, charcoal, and other art materials. While we take precautions, participants should wear suitable clothing and be aware of potential stains or allergies.
- We do not guarantee artistic outcomes, but we are committed to providing an inspiring and supportive learning environment.
- Art excursions involve physical activities, travel, and cultural experiences. Participants must ensure they are medically fit for the trip and comply with local regulations.
